We are an investment club at Vassar College that aims to provide students with the opportunity to learn about financial markets while deploying capital to compelling investments. Through rigorous, top-down research the fund aims to identify strong investments. The fund maintains a focus on sustainability and diversity, while upholding a commitment to transparent communication. ​

In the Bullpen
Our meetings are focused on investment research, analytical discussions, internal stock pitch presentations, and portfolio management. Groups will research specific companies and stocks and present their pitches to the club. At the beginning of each quarter, we go over the sustainability, wage parity, and overall impact of our potential investments and make choices focusing on the latter as well as profitability. Moreover, we host networking and educational events with several firms throughout the year for members and students who are interested in learning more and connecting with the world of Finance.

Whether you'd like to learn more about financial markets with the research team or pitch stocks with the investment team, or anything in between, there is a place for you at VSF. We welcome students from all disciplines of study, and believe that you do not need a background in markets or economics to identify strong businesses and lucrative investments.
